Anthony L. Ranken
Anthony L. Ranken is an attorney and partner at Anthony Ranken & Associates He has extensive litigation experience in a diverse array of practice areas, including personal injury law, products liability matters, medical malpractice, criminal defense, general civil litigation, and business and real estate litigation.
Mr. Ranken earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University, with distinction, in 1979. He was also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society. After college, Mr. Ranken went to Boalt Hall School of Law at University of California, Berkeley, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1982. In law school, Mr. Ranken was Editor-in-Chief of Ecology Law Quarterly.
Mr. Ranken has held a variety of influential positions. He was a Per Diem Judge of the Hawaii District Courts, Chairman of the Maui County Board of Ethics, and Co-Founder and former President of the Maui Tomorrow Foundation. He is also multi-lingual, speaking English, Spanish, and French.
Mr. Ranken is admitted to practice law in all state courts of Hawaii. He is a member of the Maui County Bar Association, the Hawaii State Bar Association.
